Scalerator continues to promote growth

The Scalerator class met for its fifth session last week. Vini Onyemah of Babson College led a session on building a sales pipeline. We were also joined by Professor Kaczmarek of Marquette University who facilitated a session about how data mining can impact growth and Dave Anderson, founder and CEO of Anderson 360 Solutions.

Kiva set to launch in Milwaukee

Kiva, a nonprofit that provides no-interest micro loans to entrepreneurs, will officially launch in Milwaukee. A fundraising effort led by the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corp (WWBIC), has put together the $375,000 to get the initiative going.


“Transforming information through innovation”

The Wisconsin Tech Summit brings together major companies and emerging firms in a setting that allows them to meet and explore likely business relationships around technology needs and innovation. The 2015 Summit will take place on March 23 in Waukesha.

MillerCoors profits up in 2014

MillerCoor saw an increase in net income in 2014 due to revived Miller Lite packaging.


ConsortiEX moving headquarters to Milwaukee

ConsortiEX, a health care technology start-up from Andover, MA, is establishing its headquarters and operations in Milwaukee. The company expects to hire 77 highly skilled professionals, including software engineers and developers, in Milwaukee in the coming three years.


Koss sees sales and profits grow

Koss sees an uptick in sales and profits. This growth is partially attributed to sales in European countries.
